Great family vacation

The condo was very nice. It was very clean and just the right size for 3 people. The pool was very clean and so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend to other families looking for a relaxing vacation.

Loved our stay at the condo. It was the perfect location to be able to walk to the store and lots of restaurants. The balcony had amazing views and was the perfect spot for a glass of wine to end our day! Definitely recommend this place!

Great spot for a vacation

We do not live far from Cocoa Beach and when we want a mini vacation close to home and by the beach, we choose Cocoa Beach. We also choose to stay at this location as it is close to everything, the accommodations are nice, and if you need something the management group is on top of it. I would highly recommend this place for your next visit if you were looking to stay in Cocoa Beach.

This property was a gem, not too big....not too small...right next to the pier. The staff was amazingly friendly and the building is very well kept up. The roof top deck is amazing, the pool area was great as well. Cant say enough about this property... a breathe of fresh air compared to some of the recent "dog friendly" places we have stayed.

This place is awesome!! It looks exactly as pictured. Management was easy to work with, no trouble getting in when we arrived, and the condo was very clean & comfortable. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Best part… beautiful pool, and easy access to the ocean…exactly what we were looking for! We are excited to book this gem again!

Great spot in Cocoa Beach

We have stayed here at Chateau by the Sea for the last 4-5 yrs and every year we enjoy it. The location is perfect right on the beach and by the pier along with it is well centralized to bars and restaurants in the area. The condo was clean well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags along with complimentary soap and shampoos in the showers. The pool area and property in itself is maintained very nicely. I recommend this place for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Cocoa Beach. We will be back.

We loved the condo. The layout was great. The views were awesome from all of the windows. It was conveniently located to the beach & pool. Kitchen had more than enough for what we needed. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were roomy enough. The check in process was the easiest I’ve ever experienced. Communication was constantly open & received in a timely manner. Great experience!

Perfect location with easy beach access and lots to do nearby. Tons of activity, beautiful beach and good restaurants, etc. but not over-crowded. Highly recommend both the Kennedy Space Center and guided kayaking through Merritt Marsh mangrove preserve - both fascinating and great for all ages. The condo was beautifully designed and super fresh, and probably the most attentive host we've ever had. A rating.

Absolutely loved this complex. The view was great. The condo was so nice. Clean. and cute. My only complaint would be that the furniture was not comfortable. The couch was not comfortable at all and the master bed either. For us anyway we felt an update on the furnishings would make this place a 10++++. I am not really one to complain as I said this was a great getaway for us. and much needed retreat from a year of covid. We will definently return to this place and look forward to next time..

Perfect location for a launch

The condo was as described and an excellent beachfront unit. The balcony was a little smaller than I expected, but no big deal. All the necessities and more, including beach chairs, boogie boards, cooking utensils, even books and games for rainy days. The best part was the location, and that you can see a launch from both the balcony and rooftop. Unfortunately, the launch was delayed due to the weather, so we didn't get to view it, but it would have been cool if we did. It's also right next to the pier and within walking distance of shops and other things.

Stay in cocoa beach

This was an amazing vacation during a troubled time dealing with Covid 19. We decided to enjoy the beach with social distancing. Our host was very understanding during this time and offered a credit for another time. The condo was clean and offered all amenities of home which was nice during this time so we did not need to go out. This vacation and comforts of home brought my family some peace during such stressful times.

This condo had everything and more! Everything we needed for the beach, and it was a perfect location, right next to the pier. We spent a day a Disney, so it was a short ride to Disney. Great week at the beach! Will definitely be returning

We stayed at château by the sea for one week. This is the oceanfront condo with a spectacular view of the ocean and the pool. The pool and the pool area is very nice, we always were able to get chairs. The owners were very accommodating in trying to correct issues that we encountered. The condo it self needs some updating, repairs, and deep cleaning.
