Chateau by the Sea 303 is proudly owned by 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

Unit 303 is right next to the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The Pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner, drinks and live music, there is something for everyone. Bringing kids? You can visit the arcade or ice cream shop during the day, and go for a romantic dinner at night. You are also only a few minutes from the Famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

The balcony is great given its Southern exposure, which offers lots of sunlight! This unit comes with everything you would need on a vacation such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more.

Chateau By The Sea is one of the few buildings with an oceanfront heated pool so you can swim and enjoy a great view of the pier and ocean. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals.

By renting with the Stay in Cocoa Beach Family, you are guaranteeing yourself an easy, hassle-free vacation. We are available for you to call at any time and are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Together, my siblings and I have been renting in the Space Coast area for over 10 years. Although the listing states "no refund", we understand that things come up. If you have to cancel your reservation and you notify us at least 30 days before check in or earlier, we will not charge the second half of the payment.

Wonderful Stay in Cocoa Beach

We had a fantastic 10-day trip to Cocoa Beach. Our condo was very clean and spacious. The location is unbeatable and we absolutely loved the rooftop patio and view. The rental staff was extremely attentive and made everything easy. I would definitely recommend this rental and look forward to staying there again!

Loved stating here. The apt (303) we rented was updated and very clean. The property itself was in pristine condition. Pool area was great. Lots of chairs and the pool was clean and heated perfectly. The BBQ area was nice. It had 3 Weber BBQs. Access to the beach was terrific. Great beach area. Can’t say enough about this property. Would highly recommend.

The condo was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect to go to the beach and for the use of a sand wheelchair for my mom. It was a direct walking route. Whenever I needed something Zareh messaged me back and took care of what I needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Beachside Property

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Te Chateau by the Sea. Adorable little place with plenty of room for the five of us. Right on the beach, with a pool and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Communication could not have been better when issues came up. Zareh was always there and got back to us sometimes within minutes.

Great getaway

We stayed 4 nights in this clean condo. Plenty of bedding and towels. Property management was available and helpful. We cooked in a little- kitchen has main necessities but not extras. We used the washer and dryer- great to have in the unit. Rooftop and pool were great although a little chilly during our stay. Would stay again or recommend to a friend.

Chateau by the Sea was a great building - well maintained, working elevators, luggage carriers available, Guest Services provided quick, good service. Great accessibility to the beach and pier and loved the 5th story deck for space launch viewing! The unit itself was very lovely. It was clean and well-appointed with nice furniture and beds. The couch was nice memory foam, but it was too wide for my short legs, and a little too soft for my bad back. Would have loved another standalone chair to sit in (only complaint!).

Great Location

This is a great location for walking to the pier, restaurants, and bars. Beach access is good. The unit has 4 beach chairs, a couple boogie boards, and several beach towels. However, they only provided 4 sets of bath towels, which wasn't enough for us, especially considering they don't dry in the humid air. Upon request, we received additional sets. The pool water was a bit cold, but we swam anyway. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

What a lil Diamond!!!

This place is a little diamond. It’s right on the beach by the cocoa beach pier but it’s soooo quiet!!! The condo was clean and beautiful. It had a full kitchen. A beautiful balcony off of the living room And a little one off of the primary bedroom. A beautiful heated pool with beach access. The rooftop deck was AMAZING. The 360 views up there were just jaw dropping. We literally had ZERO issues with this place and would definitely come back and stay!! Communication with the property managers was awesome too. We love Château at the Sea!!
