Cocoa Beach Towers Unit 55 is proudly owned by 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

Settle in at the beach in this luxurious & spacious 2 bed/2 bath coastal inspired condo. Soak in the expansive views of the pier & ocean from nearly every room. Newly renovated!

Gather around the huge island in the custom Spanish style chef's kitchen featuring quartz counters, huge fridge, in island microwave, washer/dryer & large pantry. When you are finished cooking, you can enjoy meals with your family and friends around the large 6 person table.

The large living room is the perfect place to relax on the deep seated couch while overlooking the ocean - or catch the latest show on the 70" Smart TV! The living room walks out onto the spacious balcony where you can sit up and enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a desk for any work from home needs.

The master bedroom oasis features a comfortable King bed (Casper Mattress), 60" Smart TV, closets and more beautiful views. The Master Bedroom also walks out onto the balcony (it is one large balcony that runs from the living room across to the master bedroom). The master bathroom has a gorgeous coastal spa feel with a walk in shower.

The guest bedroom has two comfortable double/full beds (Casper Mattresses), 55" Smart TV. The second bathroom is located nearby and has a tub/shower combination.

The Cocoa Beach Towers building has a heated oceanfront pool, tennis court, elevator and is a short walk to many local attractions (right next to the Cocoa Beach Pier).

There is additional sleeping for up to 6 people with an inflatable queen mattress. There is free wifi and parking. Rentals include linens, towels, beach toys, beach chairs, boogie. Please note that the daily pool hours are 8am - dusk. From 8am to 9:30am it is reserved for quiet adult swim time and 9:30 - dusk is for everyone.

This stay was perfect. Exactly what was pictured, and yet even better. The condo was so clean, updated and comforting. Communication was so easy and everyone was so kind. I especially appreciate the little things, like shopping carts to help bring groceries up the elevator so you don’t have to make 52 trips, all the beach/pool accessories so you don’t have to buy any. The residents are so sweet and it’s just such a wonderful place. So close to the pier and within walking distance of great food! Would 100% come back. Worth every penny!!

The condo was very well furnished and clean. Great views and great location. Would stay at this or other properties by host in the future. They only two suggestions would be: 1) a Kurig style pod coffee maker. 2) a hand towel ring or holder in the bathrooms.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was spotless and very well stocked with everything we needed. The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. The balcony was absolutely breathtaking, we loved watching all the beach and ocean activity from there. The location was perfect. It was in a quieter section for relaxation, yet close to restaurants and bars. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with gorgeous views!

We really enjoyed this place. It was quiet, really clean, lovely pool and steps from the beach. The only comment I would leave is that the pillows were really old and hard to sleep for everyone. So bring your own:)

The perfect family getaway!

We had the most wonderful time staying at this condo! It was a great location and it had everything we needed! The communication with the property management was very quick if any questions arose as well. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we hope to come back and stay in this exact spot again. Great location and spot!

Exactly as advertised. Beautiful view, easy walking distance to tons of shops and food options. Publix is directly across the street which made it easy to grab some groceries, and a short walk to a Dunkin Donuts for morning coffee. Would recommend!

They are newer couches (purchased in 2022 from a Florida company, made in the USA) and they are deeper sofa's to provide extra comfort for those looking to relax. Lovely spot! Definitely will stay again! The only suggestion I’d make is to not use very strong smelling air fresher or cleaning products. We had to air out the place a few minutes when we arrived. Happily the smell dissipated quickly and everything was great! The location was fabulous! Pool was awesome! Beach was fantastic! Great restaurant steps away- Fish Camp grill, came in handy when a thunderstorm rolled through. Any questions I had were answered quickly by staff and I had no issues with loud noise or anything else. Very relaxing.

The place was very clean. The views from the balcony are amazing. Some of the best seafood nearby! We were able to see a few rockets lauch from the beach access. I would highly recommend this place for a family vacation! What you see in the pictures is what you can expect!

Amazing Stay!

Wow! If you are scrolling through properties definitely grab this one if it’s still available. We had a fabulous stay! Everything from the communication to the cleanliness and location was amazing! Our family of four were very comfortable here. It’s just steps to the beach (has an awesome pool) and the grocery store is right across the street. It also includes a covered parking spot which is great for hot days. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely book here again! Everything is updated and the unit comes with everything you need including beach supplies. Highly recommend!
