With a kitchenette, large living room, and tons of space in the dual master bedrooms (each with their own full bath) unit.

Enjoy 4 acres of property nestled in the Blue Valley near Eugene, Oregon. Watch small planes fly into the runway that ends in our backyard. Enjoy a quiet break just off the freeway with easy access to the mountains, coast, and anything on the I-5 corridor.

Wow!!! This place was spectacular! The door lock had a slight issue and the host came and immediately fixed it. Absolutely incredible communication and the place was perfect to stay at during our sons wedding weekend. Now I’m hoping to come back for a chill and explore weekend. Hands down the best spot we’ve stayed at yet. Comfy beds, everything smelled so clean and nice and it was quiet.

We searched for a place to stay for U of O Parents' weekend at the VERY last minute, and this gem popped up as a perfect option for half the price of hotel rooms an hour away!The apartment was PERFECT: Huge (we could have easily had our entire family with us!), super clean, really quiet, and gorgeous views! Peter (the host) was extremely accommodating and we got to chat with him on our last night - really nice family focused on helping their guests have a great stay!HIGHLY RECOMMEND! (Just don't take parents weekend b/c I gave a good review :) )*Also, the bald eagle on the runway is a decoy. (After I took a few dozen pics!)
