Welcome to Pier View Luxe Retreat, a stunning 3-bedroom condo nestled on the vibrant north end of Carolina Beach. This modern condo building features 4 stories of luxury condos and overlooks the Carolina Beach Pier and Restaurant. Enjoy sweeping views of the iconic North End Pier, where you will find live music and great food just steps away! Beach access is conveniently located 30 steps from pool.

Guest will have the whole 3 bedroom condo to relax. Completed in 2025, unit  offers the perfect blend of upscale comfort and coastal charm. Designed with families in mind, the space features high-end furnishings that are both stylish and inviting — making it easy to relax and unwind. Sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. Each bedroom comes with 55' TV  for evening relaxation 

Resort type pool and hot tub for family to enjoy. Pool and Hot tub available seasonally. Typically months you can expect the pool/hot tub area is closed will be December, January, February and March.  Pool and HOT tub are regularly service by HOA. There is an elevator for your convenience, as well as a wide stairwell. Two assigned parking spots next to commercial elevator, very easy easy access to building. Condo is dog friendly , but no suitable for cats. Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys NOT provided 

We also provide full kitchen stocked with cooking aids , dishes/bowls/cups and glasses for adults and children, for making and enjoying family dinners . There are multiple grocery stores and plenty of restaurants - to accommodated any dinning choices. Food delivery services (eg. DoorDash, UberEats) are also available on the island - right to condo door!

Lisa is a local co-host and available when you need help and suggestions for activities on the island .

This condo is a gem! It is beautiful and an amazing location close to Freeman Park. Very well decorated, comfy beds, everything you need! The management on site and online were both amazing. We will be back!

Loved how close the beach access was. The pool was beautiful and clean. They had a grill available to use too. Can not beat the location! We will be coming back!

This property is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless when we checked in. The ocean and pool views are also wonderful. Loved the huge walk-in shower and large tv’s in all rooms. The hosts Sean and Lisa are very responsive and kindly answered all of our questions. The check-in and out process is very easy as well. One of the best features is the parking spot is directly next to the elevator lol. We would definitely love to come back!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The condo is ocean-view and is very close to the beach, the pier and right near a bar and restaurant (few hundred feet). Great for when we did not feel like venturing out. Second, the building is clean and new. The parking was easy, our two spots were very close to the elevator and stairs, making it very accessible - seamless for coming and going. The pool is great and has a view of the ocean. Finally, the apartment itself was terrific. Clean, cozy, well-decorated and well stocked with amenities. The three bedrooms were more than we needed but appreciated the space and the ocean view from the master. Enjoyed the view from the balcony and well-stocked coffee bar. Full kitchen as well. I would stay here again!

The Good. The location.The Bad. Condo not equipped for 8 people and a four day stay. I felt shorted in toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap.The Ugly. Spa light loose from socket, ceiling fan didn’t work in the bunk bedroom and the refrigerator filter needed replacing.
