The house was not clean at all; we had to buy supplies and clean for over 5 hours. There was a pile of animal feces under a bed, urine stains on the carpets, clumps of false eyelashes and acrylics in several places, dirty dishes in the cabinets, the main air filter is coated in dust, and the bunkbed room had urine crusted sheets on the bed from where they had obviously not been cleaned after the last use. There is no rug in the living room, the stools in the kitchen are close to falling apart, and several of the blinds covering the sliding glass door were missing. We contacted the host who offered to send the cleaning crew out the next day, but my family and I did not want to wait that long to be clean, so we took care of it ourselves. The host did fix the blinds since they did not offer any privacy, however, this was done without letting us know prior and while we were out of the house. We had ring cameras set up in the kitchen and found maintenance walking into the house and hanging up curtains. The curtain rod then fell on my sister’s head when we got back to the house. The hot tub/pool heater stopped working and after contacting the host several times and having several people come out, they finally figured out that a part needed to be re couldn't be done during our stay. There was broken glass outside the pool area that I had to clean up. Also, one trundle bed was nailed shut. In all honesty, the experience was so bad, we left our vacation early so we could go home.
