This beautifully remodeled three bedroom and two bath condo sleeps eights guests spaciously. LInens Included. The townhouse sits adjacent to the beautifully manicured Surf Golf & Beach Club. Relax on your private patio and watch the geese parade down the golf course fairway with their ducklings waddling behind them. In the evenings you can hear the waves from the beach and the tree frogs singing their song. The patio gives you a serene view of the golf course and live oaks - not just another condo.

During the day take a quick 10 minute walk down to Cherry Grove Beach - one of the most beautiful and widest beaches in South Carolina. Cherry Grove Beach is the very northern part of Myrtle Beach so it is quieter than being in the middle of town - yet just a short drive away you can discover all that Myrtle Beach has to offer - a large SkyWheel, Barefoot Landing, Alabama Theatre, Broadway at the Beach, Dixie Stampede, Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, theatres, beach shops, pirate adventures, fishing rentals and charter boat rides, water parks and over 100 more golf courses.

Guests in our condo enjoy use of the beautiful large Fairway Oaks swimming pool. No parties, golf carts, motorcycles or trailers are allowed in the complex. No pets are allowed in the condo. Two cars are allowed at this condo. The condo is non-smoking with central heating and air conditioning, four flat-screen TV's, washer, dryer and dish washer. Wireless internet lets you keep on top of things at home and in the world. There is also a charcoal grill on the patio. In the condo you'll find all bed and bath linens, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella and a wagon to transport all your things to the beach.
