Spacious family beach house

Beautiful, clean and comfortable family residence located in the heart of Belmar is the perfect location for a fun filled family vacation at the Jersey Shore. Only three blocks to the ocean and two blocks to main street makes getting to both the boardwalk/beach and downtown restaurants super convenient. Belmar has a beautiful boardwalk along the entire beachfront as well as a new Pavilion. The marina hosts a new restaurant Marina Grille with indoor and outdoor seating alongside the already popular Pier 9 patio bar and grille. The marina park hosts a new playground, tennis courts, sailing, boat ramp, miniature golf and bay access for SUP (rentals/lessons available) , kayaks and other water sports and activities. Belmar has lots of wonderful events throughout the summer including Friday night concerts at Piano Plaza and movies on the beach!

Our home is a full three floors, perfect for large families or couples looking for optimal space and privacy. The first floor has a family room with a large flat screen Smart TV, There is a full bath with glass enclosed shower. The kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counters and a large island all open to the 2 dining areas, perfect for entertaining! Enjoy your favorite tunes on a Bluetooth Bose speaker available for guest use. There is full view of the backyard from the kitchen's 16 foot sliding doors. Perfect for watching kids play or entertaining both indoors and out.
The second floor has a master suite with TV, full bath; including jetted Jacuzzi tub and double vanity and balcony off the front of the house. There is plenty of space for a pack-n-play or crib if needed (renter to bring or rent) The second bedroom has a full/double bed and a full size futon. A full bath with tub is between bedroom 2 and 3. The third bedroom has two single twin size beds. The laundry facilities are located on the second floor as well.
The third floor has a hotel style master with King bed and sitting area with flat screen TV. The futon /couch can be used for additional guest. The fifth bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom with shower off the third floor landing for bedroom 4 & 5. Enjoy grilling? We offer a Weber charcoal grill and a blackstone grill off of the patio area with plenty of extra outdoor seating. The back yard is fully fenced and lined with trees for a tranquil cup of coffee in the morning or a private backyard BBQ around the fire pit in the evening! If you prefer people watching, hang out on the cool, shaded front porch! The outdoor shower is available off the rear deck for showering after a long hard day at the beach;) To top it off our awesome new addition, a 5p hot tub just steps out the back door!
Our goal is to make our guests stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Linins and towels are provided as well as a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide access to our kayak and kids paddle board at the bay, beach badges and bikes in the garage! Too many extras to list, such as board games and puzzles, outdoor games like basketball, corn hole, mega janga etc. I also have extra beach chairs & umbrella.
