We enjoyed our brief one-night stay in Kings Beach. This home comfortably accomodated 8 adults and a 4 year old rambunctious boy. The home is in a quiet area and only about 5 minutes from Kings Beach fun activities, shops and beach access. The layout and bedroom/bathroom arrangements are great for a group. Everyone had a nice place to retreat. The mini-pool table/foosball was a hit even though some parts were missing. We also appreciated the amount of parking available. The bathrooms were sparkling clean. There were a few minor issues I contacted the owner about. There isn't a screen on the patio door, so it felt like we missed out on cooling the house down with the fabulous mountain air; however, the place is in bear country and it's probably a safety issue. It's a challenge to maintain games with so many people coming through. Bring a favorite or two if you plan to stay longer.. The owner was very receptive to feedback, and I'm sure this property will serve future guests well.
