When is a townhouse not a townhouse? When it looks and feels like a luxury stand alone home! Lake Haven is a fabulous 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath two story waterfront with 2 master bedrooms and a great open layout. The lower level has a spacious kitchen, dining area and living room that provide a wonderful gathering space for up to 10 adults (and some children). This walks out to 1,000 sqft of concrete patio space, which is partially covered and gives you 180 degree views of the lake.

The two living areas also provides lots of room for your friends and family. Decorated somewhat like a Colorado lodge, Lake Haven has so many extras, it is hard to list; built in wine cooler, enclosed screen porch, Lily Pad for lake, paddleboards, outside wood grilling fireplace, fire pit, Martini Deck, concrete basketball court, 16 x 36 covered boat slip, 16 x 40 Covered Dock Bar Entertainment area connected to the 12 x 40 Swim dock. The property also has two outdoor concrete deck areas to relax and play. Magnificent lake views, in a wide, but not too wide of a cove. Located just minutes from the town of Laurie at the 39 mile marker, this will be your Lake Haven year after year!

High Friends Weekend

We stayed here for our annual get together with high school friends. The house was very clean and better than the pictures. The view is great from the multiple outdoor spaces. Dock is large and easily held the 8 of us along with a nice dock space for my boat. Very good VRBO!

It was a great property for our family. Kids and adults enjoyed the house and dock which you could relax and fish. It was plenty of room for the family of 11 (4 teenagers and 7 adults). The bunk room with the three twin bunk sets worked perfectly! We enjoyed every moment that we were there.

This house was perfect for our 4 couples. It was very clean, including the outside space! The kitchen was well stocked with most everything you would need. We loved sitting down on the dock, again it was clean! No spider webs! The beds were comfortable. My husband and I were in the bunk bed room, and even those mattresses were comfortable. Each bathroom had plenty of nice towels, including soap! I can't say enough about this house.

Dock from heaven with a fantastic view

My family enjoyed your wonderful dock and equipment such as the lily pad and paddle boards! We brought our SeaDoo and had a riot in the waves. It was July 4th weekend so the cove was very busy, maybe a little too busy but we expected the crowds. The house was cool and very nice, beautiful views from three of the bedrooms. Thank you for the great 5 days of memories with my family!

Just Perfect!

Beautiful home! Great space for 6 adults and 5 children. Wonderful kitchen for preparing our meals. Enjoyed hanging out on the dock and the lily pad. Also caught fish off the dock. Was surprised to watch a couple eagles one morning.

Best VRBO on the lake we have stayed at!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. It was very spacious for 3 families with 7 kids. The view was amazing and the kitchen was very well stocked. We loved that there was a bathroom inside of each of the four bedrooms for comfort and privacy. The kids enjoyed the dock, the paddle boat, and lily pad. We used the slip for our boat which made it easy to go out for a surf run and back in to change to tubing. We will definitely be renting again!

Repeat stay and worth it!

This was our 3rd or 4th stay at this house on the Lake. the house is fantastic for a large famly/friend gathering. Lots of spaces outdoors and indoors to gather. The bathroom remodels/addition were very nicely done. The kitchen is well equipped. WiFi worked greate too for surfing and streaming. The extra baod slip at the dock is perfect since we alway rent a boat for a few days. The view is dyanmite and the quiet cove is a plus and excellent for wakeboarding and skiing.

Great Spot on the Lake of the Ozarks

We had a very enjoyable weekend staying here. Million dollar view is no exaggeration. The home is very comfortable, spacious, and well thought out on the inside. The outdoor space is even better, with exceptional spaces, levels, and great dock. Dock well available that will accommodate very large boats. Overall would highly recommend.

Beautiful home with plenty of room and space. Dock is perfect for sun bathing and just relaxing.

Loved the house and the dock. In a nice cove you don't have all the mainstream traffic. The refrigerator on the dock is nice. Water was a little cold but the sun was warm! We were a little worried we were too loud for the neighbors that were right next door, but they were very nice. We all loved our stay!

First time to the Ozarks, couldn’t have been better. Great, quiet cove for kids to ski. Anniversary reunion

Nicely arranged townhouse on a super location on the lake. Great dock for boat docking, floating in the water and lounging. You can easily see the dock from the house and patio to keep an eye on the kids. Beautiful views anytime of the day!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I bought this place and fell in love with the view. Our property allows for large gatherings, because of the large open areas both inside and outside. We have had a lot of memories with our kids and our family and friends. It is a great location minutes from the town of Laurie, MO by car if you need anything. On the water we are located in one of the best ski coves on the lake and minutes from restaurants, bars, marinas, bait shops.

What makes this property unique

All bedrooms have their own bathroom. This property is located in a great ski cove with an excellent dock, you have a 16 ft. by 36 ft slip available, Martini Deck looking out over the water, large concrete gathering area with fire pit, huge swim platform on dock, large level parking area, sports court with night light, two master suites, deep water at the dock, very large outside concrete sitting area with a beautiful view, screened in porch, covered outside porch.
