The unit was completely remodeled in 2018 to maintain its rustic charm yet give you some modern upgrades including a new 40 inch Smart TV ,air conditioner ,water heater Flooring windows and window treatments and new decks to enjoy all the outdoors have to offer.This two bedroom mobile home is located in the heart of a sportsman's paradise. Property adjoins rush creek wildlife preserve. Perfect for Turkey,deer and duck hunting. Seven boat launches within minutes of the property. Genoa and Lynxville dams 15 miles north and south of the rental. Great hiking bird watching boating and sandbars for summer fun. Ice fishing and snowmobiling for winter fun.

When you leave the property, please make sure the air conditioner is turned off. All the windows are closed. The doors are locked. The lights are off
Please take all the garbage to the dumpster on the lower level
Clean up after your pets if you've had pets on the property, please make sure all dog feces is cleaned up and disposed of in the dumpster
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
I will email guest a rental agreement and it must be signed and returned with deposit within 5 days to hold reservation
All Pets must be with owners at all times If pets are left in unit when owner is not in property they must be in a pet crate or kennel.
The unit is NON smoking any evidence of smoking will result in loss of security deposit. NO FIREWORKS WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE SHOT OFF ON THE PROPERTY
