Enjoy your stay in Rome in a newly renovated two bedroom one bath apartment with furnished balcony and a full kitchen. It is strategically located in a transportation hub with trains, metro and buses all within 5 min walk - 30 minute train to Fiumicino airport and the Ostia beach, two metro stops to Colosseum, 20 min bus ride to the historic center, and a stone’s throw away from Eataly.
It’s a spacious apartment of 75 square meters. One bedroom has a queen bed (160cm), while the other has a single bed (120cm) and a single sofa bed (80cm). The living room sofa can turn into another double bed (140cm). The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cooking and dining utensils. The full bath is equipped with a washer/dryer combo for your laundry needs.
You can find countless food options, both Italian and international, in the nearby Ostiense, Testaccio and Aventino/San Saba neighborhoods. There's a bar/cafe/tavola calda right behind the complex for quick breakfast and drinks. Several supermarkets are within 10 min walk, including the world famous Eataly offering artisan products at reasonable prices.
Despite being right next to the transportation hub, the apartment enjoys a quiet internal courtyard view and view of a small park.
