This place was great. Perfect location close to every thing you could want. Air conditions worked great which is a must for me. Looking forward to coming back again.

I had rented this place 3 months prior to arrival for a 2 day stay on new years day. A day before owner canceled the reservation which I found out the day I was travelling there. I arrive there with my wife and 2 kids without a place to stay and impossible to find another place on newyear's eve. Absolutely horrible experience. So beware, if you make a reservation pray that she'll honor it.

Great location close to everything in town in Punta de Mita. Apartment is very nice, open, and spacious. There’s a great Italian restaurant right behind it that is worth the visit.
