Level lake frontage for ease of access! Screened in porch for outdoor enjoyment even after the mosquitos arrive. 3 seasons room with doors to main living space for another hangout spot.

We live in Eau Claire, WI where we are raising our 4 kids! We enjoy lots of outdoor activities and wanted a place where we could create even more fun memories year round on the lake and in the Hayward area. Boating, hiking, and skiing to name a few!
What makes this property unique
Clear water, and no weeds where we are. We also wanted afternoon sun and sunsets, and no steep steps down to the water.
