WiFi 5G and a flatscreen TV. Fully equipped kitchen with cooking plate, oven, microwave, water boiler, coffee machine and dishwasher. Big balcony and patio with an amazing view over the atlantic ocean. Your own parking place. Quiet, dead end street. By car 5 minutes to a big supermarket, 10 minutes to the sandy beach of Machico , 20 minutes to Funchal. We will have a list for you with
good restaurants, all within 15 minutes driving. It would be our pleasure to have you in our house, our "gem" as we ourselves call it. Looking forward to meeting you.

Born in the Netherlands 🇳🇱, lived and worked 29 years in beautiful Switzerland and since 8 years on Madeira. I love meeting people from all over the world to experience different cultures and different ways of thinking.
I like to play with our dogs, we have 3 small ones and one big one.
I love fishing, nature, searching edible mushrooms,enjoying the silence and the smell of the forest.
And most Important is that I can enjoy all this, together with my lovely portugese wife who is from this beautiful island 🏝 😍

Why they chose this property
It offers a lot, like good restaurants, close to a supermarket and to Machico, Santa Cruz and it's nice and quiet with the beautiful view. Not too hot and not too many foreigners live in the eastern part of the island. Sofar all our guests, our friends from Switzerland, Serbia, The Netherlands, Canada, Czech, Spain and Argentina, loved the place and we received a lot of compliments.
