About this property

Walking Distance to Campus 3/2, newly renovated and professionally decorated!

Discover the convenience of this 3-bedroom/2 bath home in Bryan, College Station. Just a short walk or bike ride to campus for games and events. This home has just been completely remodeled and professionally decorated with high-end linens, new furniture/mattresses and a gourmet kitchen. The layout of the home allows guests to be together in a large living, dining and sitting area or one can close the door to the hall that leads to the 3 bedrooms for additional privacy. We decided to keep the original tile in the bathrooms, but both are completely functional. The backyard is huge and has an outdoor table with seating and a new Weber charcoal grill for outdoor dining. Guests can relax in the fabulous living spaces and enjoy the excellent location for exploring the city. There is ample parking for 8 guests. We look forward to hosting you at the Gig'em Getaway!

We had such a wonderful trip! The host was very communicative right from the jump and even provided us with perks like early check-in and welcoming snacks. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Something about this place just makes you feel right at home and it was such a short hop to all things around campus! The kitchen is very well stocked too if you plan to cook, although there was not a microwave there was a toaster oven.

The home is a 1-2 minute drive to campus or a short walk. The location does not get any better.

What makes this property unique

The home was just completly remodeled and professionally decorated. The mattresses are all high end with luxurious bedding. The back yard is huge!
