Large flat screen TV's in every room 50” Samsung smart (2nd bdrm) 55” Samsung smart ( main bdrm), 55”Samsung Smart Tv in living room. Two king size beds and queen sofa sleeper.
Washer & dryer and Free WiFi.
This is a low density building so the elevator
wait is minimal. Indoor, outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness room, sauna, lighted tennis courts, BBQ grills, half court basketball, indoor racquetball. Guests are allowed to use amenities at Phoenix East and Phoenix East II. Beach umbrella and chairs are available for rental.
This unit is on the 11th floor and has one of the best views of the gulf and Perdido Pass.
Great for watching the boats and dolphins enter the gulf.
