This premium condo at Phoenix East II has been totally updated. Granite and quartz counters throughout, stainless steel appliances, double sinks in master vanity area. Large flat screen TV's in every room 50” Samsung smart (2nd bdrm) 55” Samsung smart ( main bdrm), 55”Samsung Smart Tv in living room. Two king size beds and queen sofa sleeper.
Washer & dryer and Free WiFi.
This is a low density building so the elevator
wait is minimal. Indoor, outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness room, sauna, lighted tennis courts, BBQ grills, half court basketball, indoor racquetball. Guests are allowed to use amenities at Phoenix East and Phoenix East II. Beach umbrella and chairs are available for rental.
This unit is on the 11th floor and has one of the best views of the gulf and Perdido Pass.
Great for watching the boats and dolphins enter the gulf.

Detailed directions for checkin need to be communicated to renters. We got to site and no front desk. Then were told to go to condo next door to check in. Then were told we had to go to Phoenix 7 to check in. We finally got in our room. Sheets are horrible…feel like plastic. No WiFi when we got there had to call to get that fixed. No remote for tv…had to plug and unplug from back of tv to get on and off. No way to control volume. Beach was beautiful.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and the condo. It rained the entire time, unfortunately, so it would have been time to have some recommendations of things to do. The cleaning was overall good, there were a few areas where the cleaning could have been improved.

Charming Condo, Great Experience, and Pleasant Surprises!

Our group found the condo to be exactly what we needed for our stay. It was updated and had a cute charm to it, although it was a bit smaller than expected. The fireworks on the beach were a delightful surprise and added to our experience. Overall, we had a great time and I'm looking forward to returning. Thank you for your excellent service!

Great location!!!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! The condo was very clean and had great views of the beach watching the boats go in and out. The noise level was perfect and was always at a bare minimum. Parking was never an issue. Great hospitality! Would definitely recommend this rental!! 😊

Location Location/Great Area!!

This condo building is in a wonderful location to take in everything in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area and what a great view off the balcony! The unit is very attractive, clean, well maintained, and comfortable which makes for a very pleasant stay..and the property owner was wonderful and responsive to any questions we had! We’re rebooking for another visit next year! Cheers!!

Perfect location

Absolutely stunning condo with high end finishes. Check in and out was quick and streamlined. Cleanliness is obviously top priority. Both bedrooms are large with beautiful finishes. Balcony gives stunning view and comfortable.Quick note bring your own beach chairs as $80.00 per day charge is standard. Will book again soon!!

Spring Break 2023

Awesome location on the beach. Almost a private like setting. Condo was clean and looked exactly like description. Property was clean and staff was courteous. This was our 1st visit to orange beach and we really enjoyed the laidback atmosphere, especially with 3 younger children. Definitely a family atmosphere compared to other places during spring break. We will be back!

Girl's weekend getaway

We couldn't have been happier. The property fit our needs perfectly and the view was 2nd to none. It was a pleasure to stay somewhere that didn't have the confusing TV "streaming" stuff. I am old and just want to watch TV . Every TV in the condo worked perfectly and was very nice. The updates were beautiful and beds were comfy. Very convenient to all activities we were interested in. We hope to visit again next spring!

The condo is exactly as described. It is very clean and has basic amenities. The parking situation was confusing at first, but you just pull in to the Phoenix East lot and then you can turn in to Phoenix East II from there. We arrived after 5 pm so all of the parking passes and armbands were waiting for us in the room. Also, you don’t have to have a code for the pool. There’s a pull gate just to the right of the coded gate. We didn’t catch that the first night because it was so dark when we went downstairs. Beds were comfy. The couch is a PERFECT napping couch after a day on the beach! The balcony was nice. You can see /hear your neighbors on their balconies around you, but everyone kept to theirselves, so it wasn’t a big deal at all. The host was great at communicating and quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay again!
