We loved our stay! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. And the kitchen was stocked with just about every tool and appliance you could need. The owner forewarned us about the electricity being tested well in advance so we could make arrangements to be outside, which of course was no hardship because the beach was also immaculate.The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And since it was chilly when we went, we took advantage of the heated pool, which was fabulous. We will absolutely be returning and will be booking right after our next payday! Thank you so much!!

This was a great place to stay. We loved being able to use the other pools and everything that the other buildings offered like the coffee shop. The manager of the condo we stayed in was very helpful when I would text with any questions. I’d definitely stay here again.

Absolutely great property to spend the week. Cant beat the view from any room and just sitting on the balcony was peaceful. Condo was very comfortable and ample amenities overall. Would definitely stay again and recommend friends as well.

We love this area of Orange Beach. We had a wonderful 5 days of watching and listening to the waves on the ocean from the balcony and on the beach. And we were blessed to watch a turtle nest hatch! The condo didn't disappoint either. It had all the basics we needed. And was an easy elevator ride to the beach, to the pools and to a few restaurants (with an easy walk.) The owners were very easy to work with too!

A few streets away is not bad but the real deal is to be ocean front, you feel the power of the ocean the entire vacation and when the week is over you have a sense of being recharged. We hope you enjoy it to the fullest as we do!

Why they chose this property

Being up on the 7th floor gives a wide range view of the Ocean and white sandy beach. The Phoenix Properties are very clean and well managed with a great reputation offering amenities beyond what most condos communities have. We are located right in the heart of Orange Beach close to everything you could want restaurants, stores and activities galore!

What makes this property unique

We updated the kitchen and remodeled the interiors after we purchased to give the condo a fresh modern flair, we will continue to update and make it comfortable for our guests. This condo has a very large second bedroom which allows 1 Queen & 1 Full beds + we added a new queen sofa sleeper in the front room so it's a two bedroom that sleeps 8 comfortably.
Waking up to sunrise right outside your bedroom door is my favorite thing.
As owners we take personal pride in the cleanliness of our condo and have a trusted staff working with us to make your stay amazing. Most of all we want you to come back again because you felt at home.
