Sleep in Comfort: Sleeps up to 10 with a king bedroom (2nd floor), queen bedroom with en-suite shower (2nd floor), loft with 4 twin beds (3rd floor, spiral staircase), and ground-floor queen bedroom. Note: The loft and game room couch (bring your own bedding) have limited privacy.

Modern Kitchen: Cook with canal views in the spacious kitchen, featuring a large island, dishwasher, Keurig/drip coffee (pods provided), and gas BBQ grill.

Bathrooms: En-suite shower (2nd floor queen bedroom), bathtub/shower (hallway), two 1/2 baths (living room, ground floor).

Fun for All: The detached garage has been turned into a private game room for friends and family to enjoy! Play pool, darts, ping-pong, or Xbox in the private game room with a Smart TV. Framed posters from Shephard Houghton’s films (“Gone with the Wind,” “Star Trek”) add a touch of Hollywood.

Outdoor Oasis: Relax in the 2019 hot tub, dine on the covered deck with 6 chairs and a bench, or lounge on the upper deck accessible from 2nd-floor bedrooms.

• This is a water view home, not a waterfront home. There is no direct access to the beach from our property. There is a small county park a short walk from our property. From the county park, the beach can be accessed down a small rocky slope. The beaches to the north and south of the county park are private and clearly marked. Please be mindful to respect the boundaries of our beachfront neighbors. Please note, during high tide, the beach is fully covered and cannot be accessed.
