A sleeper sofa in the living room ensures accommodations for up to six guests, making this condo a great choice for families or small groups.

Set within a low-density 45-unit complex, Sand Pointe provides a relaxing atmosphere just steps from the beach. Guests can enjoy access to a beachfront pool, and the prime location offers easy access to nearby biking trails, shops, and local dining.

Please note: Sand Pointe is currently undergoing active construction as the complex continues restoration work following hurricanes Ian, Helene, and Milton. Elevator, pool, and pool bath repairs are ongoing, with no expected completion before March 2026. We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance your future stay.
