Hi there! Welcome to my place in Big Bear City! It's got 3-bedroom/2-bath and it’s super quiet and peaceful. Whether you’ve been skiing all day, hanging out at the lake, or even working remotely, it’s such a great spot to just chill and recharge.
One of my favorite parts is the upper deck. You can sip your coffee in the morning with these awesome mountain views, and at night the sunsets and stars are amazing. Oh—and if you’ve got pets, bring them! (Got a maltipoo myself - Pretzel!) The yard’s fully fenced, and there’s a gas firepit out back that’s perfect for unwinding.
THE SPACE
The inside is really nice and family friendly—think clean and classy vibes, with a beautiful quartz kitchen, two cozy living rooms, and two real wood-burning fireplaces (perfect for those snowy nights). It’s got 3 smart TVs—one’s 55" and the others are 32"—plus fast 50 mbps cable internet if you need to get some work done or stream stuff. And the location? You’re just 5 to 10 minutes from the lake and all the fun spots in town (This was important for me!)
We just updated a bunch of stuff in January 2024—new flooring, new curtains, a comfy new couch, fresh pillows—the whole vibe got a nice little refresh. It’s one of those places you walk into and instantly feel at home.
We offer DISCOUNTED LONGER TERM stays! Please reach out if you're needing a longer stay in the area.
We have a 10-in-1 Game Table – includes foosball, ping pong, pool, and ice hockey. It’s a compact version (not full-size).

- The kitchen’s big and modern with stainless steel appliances—plenty of room if you love to cook or just want space to spread out - we have a chef stool for kids if you want them to help you cook.
- The place sleeps 8 comfortably with 3 queen beds and a sleeper sofa downstairs. Every bed has memory foam toppers and cozy linens—super comfy.
- There’s a nice outdoor porch with a gas firepit, great for hanging out at night. It’s also kid-friendly—we’ve got a portable crib if you need it.
- You’ve got two full bathrooms, and there’s a washer (just a heads-up, the dryer isn’t working at the moment).
- Two living rooms each have their own wood-burning fireplace—perfect for chilly evenings.
- Each bedroom has fans and portable heaters so everyone can stay comfortable.
Location-wise, it’s super convenient:
*7-minute walk (or 2-minute drive) to the local Community Market
*7 minutes to the lake
*12 minutes to Snow Summit and Bear Mountain
*10 minutes to The Village
Super easy to get around and enjoy everything Big Bear has to offer!

Master Bedroom is upstairs with a Queen Bed
Bedroom #2 is downstairs with a Queen Bed
Bedroom #3 is downstairs with a Queen bed
Downstairs living room: Pull out sleeper sofa with full memory foam mattress
(there is a living room downstairs and another living room upstairs)
INDOOR LIVING:
This place has such a warm, cozy vibe—there are 2 beautiful wood-burning brick fireplaces that make it feel super inviting. The bedrooms have room-darkening curtains (hello, sleep-in mornings!), and the kitchen lights are dimmable if you want to set the mood at night. It’s also a great space to get some work done if needed. There’s a big 55-inch Smart TV in the main living room, and the downstairs bedrooms each have their own smaller TVs too. The bathrooms are stylish with tile showers, shiplap walls, and everything feels modern and well put together.
KITCHEN STUFF? It's fully stocked!
You’ve got stainless steel appliances, a 4-person breakfast bar, and all the gadgets: coffee maker, electric griddle, toaster, crockpot, blender, hand mixer—you name it. There’s even a Nespresso machine (with 2 complimentary pods to get you started!). Plus all the cookware and utensils you'd need—pots, pans, bakeware, cutting boards, measuring tools, salt, pepper, you’re covered.
BATHROOM:
There are 2 bathrooms—one with a tub and one with a walk-in shower. Each has its own hair dryer, and there’s a washer if you need it (dryer’s currently not working). We’ve also got an ironing board and iron for those wrinkle-free vacation vibes.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
The upper porch is super peaceful—it overlooks the mountains and is perfect for sipping coffee in the morning while listening to the birds, or catching a gorgeous sunset and doing some stargazing at night. There’s even a little private airfield nearby, and it’s actually fun to watch the small planes come and go from the porch!
Out back, there’s a spacious paver patio with a gas firepit, a table and chairs under a big apple tree (which gives tons of apples in late summer!), and a charcoal grill if you’re in the mood to BBQ.
PARKING:
There’s room for 2 cars in the driveway—just a heads-up that parking is strictly enforced.
Guest access:
You’ll have full access to the whole home, the deck, and the backyard.
Other things to note:
The kitchen is actually upstairs since the house has a reverse floor plan. The neighborhood is really quiet and peaceful, so we ask that guests keep it mellow—no parties, and quiet hours from 9pm to 7am. You might hear some planes during the day since we’re near a small airfield, and being in the mountains means the occasional woodland critter or bug is totally normal.
WE ARE DOG-FRIENDLY but have some guidelines. We welcome up to 3 pups (just $50 each). We do ask that they’re fully potty-trained, not left alone in the house, and kept off the newer furniture. The backyard is fully fenced—just make sure the gate is latched. It’s a great little space for them to roam and relax too!
