Spacious three bedroom two bath gulf front corner unit at Phoenix East. Master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom has two queen size beds and third bedroom offers a queen size bed. Queen sofa sleeper in living area. Fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy panoramic views of the gulf and Perdido Pass from living area and the large wrap around deck. Private balcony off master with views of the bay islands. Fantastic amenities for the entire family such as grand beachside pool, indoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, racquetball, fitness facility, sauna, whirlpool and grilling area. Several restaurants, shops and marina within walking distance.

*Please note: Phoenix East is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. For more information, see Brett/Robinson’s Terms & Conditions.*

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Conference trip

I attended a conference for a few days at the Perdido Beach Resort. This condo is located two down from the conference. I was able to walk to the conference, and get back quickly to spend time with my family. The condo is located in a great location for restaurants and entertainment. I would definitely recommend this condo.

The condo was excellent with a beautiful corner view . The kids loved the pools and having the indoor option. It was our first time to visit Orange Beach and it won’t be the last. Beautiful area with lots to do.

My family and I was there for our yearly vacation

We were there for a week on our vacation. Had a wide range of age in our group. The condo was just like the pictures posted on the site location was wonderful away from lots of traffic but close to stores and shops. The view was wonderful and my grandson and I enjoyed watching all the boats leave early morning. Condo was very clean and had everything in it to feel like home and kitchen had everything. Was nice being able to check in on site and everyone working at property was helpful and nice. If I had one negitive about the condo it was the washer and dryer. Both were very loud and made it impossible to do any cloths at night after showers or mornings before anyone got up. I would recommend this condo and do plan on rebooking for next year for my family. Was very close to family going deep sea fishing a few visits to Flora/Bama and we had wonderful weather.. Thanks for sharing your condo with us...
