One Bedroom TWO BATH! Gulf Front! *Phoenix East 107* LOW FLOOR! SPLASH PAD!

Beach bound you'll be! Yellow walls with pretty artwork will greet you. A hall bath has pink walls, tile floors and a shower/tub. The bedroom has a tile floor and a king pickled wicker and metal bed with pale green bedding set against green walls. A nightstand with a lamp flanks each side of the bed, and a dresser with a wood top and a matching mirror provide convenience. There is a TV, VCR and DVD player, and windows that wrap around two sides of the room. The bath has green walls and a shower/tub. In the kitchen, tile floors and striped wallpaper, with white appliances and countertops. Everything you need! Two rattan stools sit at the kitchen bar. In the dining area a rattan and glass table has four pineapple backed chairs. The den has a tile floor and a bright tropical floral sofa and matching chair, plus rattan and glass end tables with pineapple tops and a shell lamp. There is a green area rug with a pineapple, and a green rocker and light green side chair. An entertainment center holds a stereo system, a TV and a VCR/DVD combo. NO BALCONY

Enjoyed our stay!

My husband, child, and I enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and so convenient on the first floor of the building. Access to the beach is just steps away. We had no issues with the unit and will definitely be back.

Nice condo but oddly shaped and without a balcony. Large windows and views are amazing.

DO NOT BOOK!

Pictures are not as listed! Bathroom counter in master bath is SO low, the other bathroom is normal height but had missing tile like it had just flooded. The bed was so uncomfortable. Definitely do not recommend using Brett/Robinson or renting this unit.

The trim is right in the lobby, literally inside the front door. You have no balcony,

The listing needs to say no balcony. The room was very nice thou. Quite considering your right inside the front door of the condo building entrance. Then when I tried to call the number it says to call to find out where and how to check in or what to do, they acts like why are you calling me, and told me to call the property, the listing never said exactly what property it was. I just knew it was a Phoenix. It wasn’t a bad stay but not the best experience I’ve had. I would still recommend it. The room was clean and comfy and pretty

Great Location, Property left something to be desired

The overall location of the condo was great with beach access and amenities. The second morning of our stay I noticed the sound of water dripping in the hall bathroom, as well as water dripping from the ceiling. We reported it to the front desk. Fans and a generator where placed in the unit which left the bathroom inoperable. When the staff that placed the fans left they neglected to close the door, and with the unit being right by the front door it left all of our stuff and our unit accessible to anyone that walked by all day. Overall I was mildly dissatisfied with how everything was handled.

First Floor Convenience

Staying in a unit directly off of the lobby might seem awkward, but it was relatively quiet and nobody bothered us. I thought "first floor" would be ground-level but we had to go down to the basement to access the pool & beach. Super convenient for food deliveries as it was only steps from the main entrance. I didn't miss the balcony, as it had a great view from the windows. Nice unit for a couple as it has a king bed and two FULL bathrooms. The kitchen is a bit dated and the sofa is stained, but it's adequate. We couldn't get one of the remotes to work in the den. The bedroom toilet would continue to fill until we jiggled the handle and there is definitely a problem with the dryer. It never completely dried our clothes and the lint trap would be slightly wet.Call ahead and get the reception desk hours. My info said it was open until 11 pm but we arrived at 6:30 pm and had to go a different Phoenix property to get our keys. Also be aware that the beach service (I'm guessing it's a third party) chairs are folding wicker contraptions that do not lay flat for tanning. You aren't allowed to let the umbrellas down and must physically move the chairs from beneath the umbrella. Good size pool and plenty of chairs there. Lots of activities; workout room, game courts, splash pad for littles, indoor pool, movies and board games for borrowing. It's a well-worn resort, and there were a few hiccups, but we still had a great time!

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. MY SPOUSE HAS A DISABILITY, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT ACCOMMODATE HIM. HE CANNOT SIT ON A LOW TOILET. THE T.V. SET WENT OUT NOT PICTURE ON MONDAY, NO ONE RESPONDED UNTIL WEDNESDAY EVENING. I ASKED FOR TOILET PAPER AND I WAS TOLD THAT WE DO NOT SUPPLY TOILET PAPER. I WAS TOLD BY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE THAT THEY SUPPLY TOILET PAPER. OH YEAH, BY THE WAY THE T.V. SET WAS NEVER REPAIRED OR REPLACED FROM MONDAY AFTERNOON UNTIL THURSDAY MORNING AND THAT IS WHEN WE CHECKED OUT. ALSO, THE ROOM HAD NO BALCONY. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE, BUT NO BALCONY.

Mixed bag

The property was great, but the water was off for the first 18 hours, and property manager couldn't find the water shutoff valve. Then, when late the first evening, the valve was found in the property meeting room which was being used for a venue, so I didn't have any water until about 9AM the next day. The Desk person said I would be contacted by someone about offering me compensation but that never happened. At any rate, I used the pool locker room shower to clean up and the lobby bathroom so it all worked out, just wasn't convenient. The property otherwise was per my expectations and super convenient to the beach and lobby and parking area, the water issue was the only challenge and had I had my spouse with me, would have been a real challenge and we would have been out of there!

really enjoyed the place

we really had a good time. Wished the place had a patio but not a deal breaker for us. We stayed at the pool or at the beach. Would suggest that if others stay here you should bring a small fan to have running in the bedroom for white noise. You can hear the kids at the pool if you want to take a nap during the day. We will stay her again next year.

Not recommended

Look carefully at the photos... this property has no balcony, although this is still not stated in the listing description. This appears to be a converted real estate office, and the entryway is embedded adjacent to the front desk. It is the only room without a balcony in the complex, and is so close to the pool that there is little privacy even with the window shades closed. Don't expect to rest when the pool is open due to noise. Not recommended unless you only need beach access and a place to sleep while the pool is closed. The property manager was very accommodating and moved us into another unit.
