This welcoming 2-bedroom, dog-friendly cabin is perfect for couples, families, or friends seeking a peaceful getaway with just the right mix of comfort and fun. Inside, you'll find a spacious king bedroom and a cozy queen bedroom—both located on the lower level, accessed via a charming spiral staircase. (Please note: this staircase may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns or young children.)

Upstairs, the game room loft is a guest favorite, featuring a foosball table and a pool table for hours of entertainment.

Step out onto the deck to take in the relaxing sights and the babbling sound of the mini waterfalls—or ease into the private hot tub which borders brook and let the world melt away. Whether you're sipping coffee on the porch, playing games with loved ones, or watching your pup enjoy the fresh mountain air, Falling Brook is a place where memories are made and stress fades with the soothing sounds of the water.

Access to this property requires driving on some steep, curvy mountain roads, which is a common feature in the Smoky Mountains

**Dog Fee: $75 per dog plus tax, up to 2 dogs and a maximum weight of 35 lbs each.**. Not included in booking price. If you are traveling with dogs YOU MUST LET US KNOW to ensure we collect the pet fee.**

Please note: The property is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

**To finalize your booking with Red Door Getaways, you must sign a Rental Agreement and provide a state or federal photo ID. We will send you a link to our "Boarding Pass" guest portal via text message, where you can securely upload your ID and a matching selfie. Once these are completed, you will receive access to the property guidebook. Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive the signed agreement and valid ID.**
