Guest Access
Guests have full access to all rooms except the garage. Entry is through the front door only.

Security cameras are located at the front door (doorbell) and above the garage (facing the driveway).

Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles; garage and street parking are not permitted.

The pool is unheated and open seasonally (summer).

Interior fireplaces are non-operational.

Parties and large gatherings are not allowed.

Minimum stay is 30 days.

Monthly discounts and optional weekly cleaning are available.

House Rules Summary

Max occupancy: 6 registered guests. No additional overnight or visiting guests.

Quiet hours enforced; no loud music or disturbances.

No street parking. No work trucks, RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles.

Shoes off inside for cleanliness.

Pets allowed (under 20 lbs) with prior approval—guests must clean up after pets.

No smoking, vaping, or illegal activities.

Any violations may result in additional fees or immediate termination of stay without refund.
This home is licensed solely for short-term residential lodging for personal, non-commercial use.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED USES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

Any commercial, business, or income-producing activity

Medical treatment, therapy, or patient care of any kind

Care homes, hospice care, assisted living, or recovery housing

Medical or wellness retreats, treatment centers, or group care

Housing or hosting patients, clients, or individuals receiving care

Use of medical equipment, treatment devices, or high-voltage apparatus

Any activity requiring special licensing, zoning approval, or institutional compliance

The property is not zoned, licensed, or insured for any of the above uses.

Misrepresentation & Occupancy

Guests must accurately disclose:

The purpose of the stay

The number of occupants

The identity of all overnight guests

Any misrepresentation or prohibited use constitutes a material breach of the rental agreement and a violation of city short-term rental ordinances.

Enforcement & Termination

Violations will result in:

Immediate termination of the reservation without refund

Immediate eviction, if necessary, enforced by law enforcement

Guest liability for damages, excessive utilities, cleaning, fines, and legal costs
