Absolutely loved my stay here. The grounds are very clean and quiet. We had an issue with the wifi and the host had the problem fixed very quick. Will stay here again next time we visit the area! 6 out of 5 stars!

Very nice, cool, clean rooms and kitchenette with all the amenities we required. Good host communication. The pool was large and nice. It had a lot of bugs but we were able to clean them out.

Peaceful

Peaceful, affordable and just outside of the busy town of fredericksburg, allowing us to hang out in the wine country and drive quickly into town for some good food and shopping. 10/10 would go again.

Great time, Would have liked own hot tub & the upkeep of outside appliances need to be checked. But the staff does a great job we enjoyed it.

1 Star since it is a nice place, 2nd star since hot tub is a really good one. No more stars since they do not take care of the place like good hosts do and mainly because Sorab was dishonest and that is verified.Right away we noticed and contacted the host since internet worked only poorly or off in the bedroom. Host always answered quickly, first sending maintenance who verified the problem. Then we got nice answers of please have patients but that changed to no help and were told we were the only guest with the problem.This is my first negative review after many VRBO stays. But this host is not up to the standard. For instance, the pool has lots of dead bugs in the water and the grass to get to the pool is high, needs mowing and is filled with stickers.The dis-honesty of the host was revealed. They repeated that they knew nothing previous of an internet problem and I was the only one with a problem, But I checked with a guest in another unit and they verified that they had the same internet problem as me.
