Had a wonderful time in this rental! It was just the right side for 5 of us (2 adults and 3 teenagers). I was worried about noise from the pool at night wince it was on the 3rd floor, but this was not a problem at all and it was actually nice to be closer to the ground at night to hear the waves on the balcony. Loved our time there with friends who stayed in other units at Phoenix I.

The Filthiest place I’ve ever stayed in

I have rented many properties in orange beach over the past 15 years. This was the first time I was not only disappointed but disgusted. I would have left and gone home except that it was my first vacation with my granddaughter. She and her family were meeting us on the second day. There was trash under the beds Broken glass on the floors in the second bedroom, floors were so dirty I was afraid to take my shoes off. On the last day before we were to leave handyman came in to fix the ceiling fans the shower handles and a few other things. I did get about a 20% discount for my inconvenience. This was a Brett Robinson property.

The owner of this unit needs to replace refrigerator which looks like the door is rusted. The whole units Needs to be cleaned up and painted. Entrance door is dirty. Looks a little like mold around door. Shower door in front bath is about to fall off. As a whole the unit needs to be updated.

Great place to stay, right on the beach. Fridge door needs replaced and condo would be great.

Enjoyed the condo. The location was right on the beach. Great place to enjoy the water. There are restaurants very close and easy to get to, the ones we chose all had excellent food. A nice family get away.
