Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom/2 bath cottage.  The main/master bedroom has a double-sized bed, while the remaining bedroom is furnished with a double-sized bed (s), The cozy living room is furnished with pull out sofa for sleeping of a total of 5 people comfortable.  The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher ,and small wares.  Situated on private Chapman Beach , guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming or relaxing on private beach within a 2 minute walk, and later watch the sunset from the dining room. 
 
Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as outlet shopping, Historic Essex, Essex Train and Riverboat cruises, Antiquing in Old Saybrook , Essex and other nearby towns, Gillette Castle State Park, Godspeed Opera House, Movie Theaters, Public Golf and Miniature Golf, Fishing and hiking along the shoreline or just walking around the nearby marinas . Short 30 minute drive to the casino.

So Perfect!

I loved this little cottage! 4 of us stayed here and we all enough room and the views werefantastic! a 2 minute walk to the beach and all the houses around it are gorgeous. I Recommend this place to anyone that wants a cozy place with the New England feel. I would stay here again.

Great stay

We had a great week. Cottage was a great space for our family of three but could comfortably accommodate more, in an awesome spot, quick walk to the beach, in a very family friendly neighborhood. We would definitely return.

Just perfect

This little cottage is renovated inside and has central a/c (that's so hard to find on the beach). The beach is not crowded and provides lots of places for strolling and shell-collecting. Town is a few minutes away. The roads in the neighborhood connect and are not busy with traffic, which is perfect for scootering, skateboarding, bike riding for the kids. Watch for Daisy around 6PM. She's the local favorite ice cream truck driver!

Great Vacation

More than we expected. We had all the amenities of home. Central Air, full kitchen with kitchen supplies, wifi, washer/dryer. The home was perfect for a family of four. Spacious and close enough to the beach (5 min walk). Days prior to our stay a huge storm hit the state and many were without electricity. I emailed the owners and they were quick to reply. Keeping constant contact was appreciated and helped guide our decision whether to go forward with the initial plans or delay a day or two. We were so glad we went with the initial plans. We would’ve hated to have lost a day.

We stayed here at the end of September and just loved it. This cottage was very clean, comfortable and situated in a family friendly neighborhood with beautiful views on private beaches. The owners was very accommodating and easy to work with. Will be back for sure!
