Great location, right next to town, easy walk to restaurants, easy drive to beach.
Great house, very comfortable for family of 4. Beats staying in a hotel any day. Maude was a terrific host, left clear instructions on everything.

Lovely stay at this sweet, very comfortable house
We loved our week long stay in East Hampton at this very comfortable house. All of the amenities for a beach vacation were at our finger tips. The house has some modern updates but most important to us, it was clean, safe and an enjoyable short walk into town, many restaurants and the beach (about 2 miles to the beach). Fans and AC kept the bedrooms cool, the wifi was great (important out on the east end as it is not always so), a pretty porch to read on and comfortable accommodations all around. We would definitely stay here again.
