With 100 miles of ATV trails in the Forest.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
No hot water, mattress and bed spread smelled strongly of body odor, roach infestation (woke up to them crawling on me and removed multiple). Bathroom had a very strong foul smell that filled the entire home. Access in a car is limited, unpaved road with deep ruts. Residential area felt unsafe. I recommend the host address these cleanliness, pest-control, and maintenance concerns before accepting more guests.
