🚫 No Parties or Loud Music
No parties or events are allowed at any time.
Please keep noise levels low, especially after 9 PM, and avoid loud music at all hours.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the house.
You may smoke outside — just please clean up after yourself.

🛁 Hot Tub Guidelines
Please no food or drinks in the hot tub.
Kindly shower before use and always cover the tub when not in use.

🤝 Respect for Our Neighbors
We have a positive relationship with our neighbors, and we’d love to keep it that way!
Please contain your volume when outside, especially in the evenings.
Several homes nearby have children, so we appreciate your care in keeping the area peaceful.

🚮 Trash Collection
Trash day is Wednesday morning.
Please kindly place all trash in the black bin and recyclables in the blue-lidded bin (both are located on the right side of the house).

🐾 Pet Policy
We welcome up to 2 house-trained, well-behaved dogs.
No cats or other animals allowed.
Pets must not be on furniture or beds.
If left alone, pets must be safely crated.
Please clean up thoroughly after your pets (indoors & outdoors).
A pet fee of $150 per stay applies (please refer to your reservation or message us if unsure).
Damage caused by pets (chewing, scratching, urine, etc.) will result in a charge for repair or extra cleaning.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping this home dog-friendly for future guests!

👥 Visitors & Gatherings
Your reservation is for registered guests only.
Daytime visitors are welcome with prior approval and must leave by 9 PM.
Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed at any time to ensure a safe and peaceful environment for everyone.
Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM.
We use exterior security cameras and a noise monitoring device (no audio) for safety and neighborhood compliance. Exterior security cameras are facing the main road away from the house at all times.
Any unauthorized guests or disruptive behavior may result in early termination of the stay without refund.
