I have owned this property for 40 yrs. and can honestly say I have enjoyed every single day being here.
Why they chose this property
I love my neighborhood because the people are so friendly and the scenery is just beautiful. I love the fact that I have my own privacy but yet I can see and hear the children on the beach having a grand time playing in the ocean. It is a small cove so it is very safe for children as well as adults. We have a lifeguard as well to keep everyone safe and keep things under control.

I think my property is unique because of its location as well as the beautiful views!
