Two Kings Beds with luxury sheets will lull you to sleep after your day exploring, with the comfort of AC.
A relaxed open living room and kitchen with great Wifi means you can snack, watch TV and stay in touch! A full size fridge allows for all your eating, picnic planning & liquid needs, and we have stocked the drawers & shelves with useful cooking & serving equipment, as well plates, platters, wine glasses, shot glasses - even a cocktail tray!
We offer local guides & historically significant books on La Paz, its development & Ranchero life that help you understand the unique history of Baja California Sur. The apartment has a private terrace that offers a beautiful ocean view, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. You will also find some beach chairs & an umbrella on the terrace to take to Balandra (please bring back!) We recommend renting a car from SeaHorse Car Rental and taking a spin over to East Cape! Or follow the 19 down to our sister property, Casa Palmyra, in Todos Santos. This part of Baja could mean another week of fun!
Downstairs, our pool oasis has comfortable chairs for relaxing in the sun or tables to enjoy your meal outdoors.
The building is equipped with security with a closed gate, and for those who prefer not to walk, covered parking is available. Every detail of this home has been carefully thought out to provide you with a memorable and comfortable stay in La Paz and Baja California.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clean food out of the fridge & take trash, recycling downstairs to the marked trash bins located in the parking area.
Please turn off the air conditioners in each room, but do leave the fans on to keep air circulating!
Please make sure the gate controller is back in the tray before leaving. Replacement Fee $100. Lock the front door using the "YALE" button code on the pad as you exit the apartment. Gracias
