Beautiful property. Lovely, attentive hosts who went above and beyond to pamper us. So many amenities, full breakfast, snacks, drinks, small pool, beautiful views and comfortable beds. And friendly house cats Luna and Camilla always there to greet us. Located 2 blocks from the Malecon, with lots of nearby restaurants, we were able to walk everywhere. Great stay, would highly recommend and return again

We had a great 5 day stay. The hostess Karen was amazing attention to detail and great hospitality. The treatment here was very personal. Truly a home away from home. Breakfast was amazing chilaquiles and egg and fabulous fresh catch of the day. The chef was incredible highly recommend. Very quiet and peaceful place to just relax. We stayed at the Arlene suite.. First time visiting La Paz and surely not the last:
I enjoyed my stay here. I rented Suite Arlena and found it to be ample in space, with its private balcony and AC, and a very comfortable bed. The jucuzzi tub needs to be a real hot tub, in my opinion, for it to be relaxing with the jet streams and warm enough so you don't feel cold, especially in the evenings when, even in the summer, it gets breezy and cool. The owner said he doesn't turn on the hot water in the summer, but he did as a favor to me but I still found it cold and I'm not one to feel cold often. Hence, those who are even more sensitive than me to cold will feel it freezing and therefore not soothing. The view, though, from that balcony where the jacuzzi is located, is stunning. I enjoyed more than one sunset just sitting up there. The breakfast that comes with one's stay is delicious. I enjoyed it--some Mexican eggs and sometimes "machada" a type of meat, and the everyday choice of delicious low sugar and oil granola, low fat yogurt, dried cranberries, coffee (espresso or drip), fresh fruit, and juice. The dining room is on the top floor and also has a stunning view. There is an elevator one can use, but I only used it to carry my luggage. I used the stairs instead because I enjoyed the view as I walked up or down. I the same floor as Suite Arlena and Suite Giusseppe there is a game room with a self-serve "bar" that you jot down what you drink in a binder and board games for guest use. The staff is kind and attentive. I plan to return to Residencia Las Flores.
Being our first time to La Paz and coming from the resorts in Cabo, it was a little intimidating (No Spanish) getting to the property, car rental etc... by the time we stayed 3 days it was all good!
A must if you like Italian food is Oliva....2 blocks down and take a right!
Only issue with the rental was the fact that a several story building is going up between the balcony and ocean...this is a bummer for host Guiseppe as it will change the completion of the vision but he seems to be a very creative and God willing he will come up with a creative solution!
Love the breakfast room, staff and food every morning. The staff is small but willing to go the extra mile to help if you need it! Rented some bikes and went on the Malecon, only 2 blocks away and had a great day! We did snorkel with the sea lions and would have used a few more days to explore the beaches. All and all for first timers we really enjoyed our time and God willing will be back to La Paz in the future.

Great location
Once we found the apartment everything fell into place. It was a great location and we really enjoyed it. The problem was that the property was listed as Revolution Street which on our GPS took us to a poor area with a sandy road and an open plot of ground. Despite a number of calls to Giuseppe, the owner who wasn't very helpful at all kept on saying well I've given you the address that's about it and and it was only when he gave us the address of a nearby hotel that we actually discovered the property which was on Revolution de1910. He really needs to put the full correct address on the VRBO website.
A real treasure in La Paz. Decor was beautiful. Giuseppe our host and staff Caryia were wonderful. The bed was fantastic. The dining room and breakfasts was stunning. Old world charm, beautifully furnsihed with modern amenities. I didnt want to leave. :) Highly recommend. Best stay in my 3 weeks in the Baja.
There are a number of suites in the casa and we were in the Giuseppe suite which had a beautiful view, a lovely covered balcony, a very comfortable bed and very large bathroom. The refrigerator was stocked with cold water bottles which were replaced daily. The air-conditioning was strong and kept the room very comfortable. We highly recommend staying here.
