We had an amazing week and the place was beautiful and clean with large rooms and plenty of space. On our first night the AC stopped working but our host was quick to get it fixed the next day so that the rest of the week was spent in the comfort of AC. WE WILL BE BACK!!! Highly recommend

Paraiso Del Mar is a wonderful place! The accommodations are vety nice. Easy check in. We were with sevetal other families, the pool and close proximity of the beach are great for kids.

Excellent property with beautiful views. We had a 2 bedroom condo with a fully equipped kitchen, nice furniture and a peaceful relaxing atmosphere. The beds are overly soft and could use some upgrading. We loved our stay and will return!

Great property and great people. La Paz is the best town to walk around and visit in all of Mexico. Great restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Being out on the peninsula made it seem very exclusive while the ferry made it perfectly accessible. We will definitely be back

Terrific New Years stay - family of three

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in a two bedroom unit. Pictures are very accurate and the space easily accommodated our family of three, all adults now. The property is great for relaxing and exploring. The little water taxi back and forth to the La Paz Malecon is very easy and the van pick-up at the condo is also very easy. We road around on the bikes, played pickle ball, and rented kayaks from the little store. Beach walking and pool-side lounging were fabulous! We would book this place again with no hesitation.

Wonderful and roomy!

Loved it but tv in bedroom didn’t work. I enjoy watching programs when going to bed at night. That was disappointing. Was gone all day every day and didn’t want to hang around all day waiting for a repair man. Otherwise was very impressed and would happily stay again.

I left a detailed review on Vrbo so I’m going to sum it up here. We had the best experience! The condo was spacious and clean with all the amenities needed. No shortage on towels or blankets. There’s 3 full bathrooms and washer/dryer. Both rooms had their own balcony. There’s also a little convenience store in building D that is pretty stocked. I was given detailed instructions by Maude our building management. Great communication, quick response time. We had an amazing experience, would totally recommend this place! We will definitely be returning! It’s a beautiful resort and very safe for the family.

Just a quick boat ride to Center of LaPAz

We loved that this property was a short boat ride to the peninsula where Paraiso Del Mar is located. The ferry runs on the 1/2 hour so you never have to wait long and there is always a shuttle van available to get you to the condo. We typically opted for one of the bikes available at the condos and the marina.Because of the location you do need to plan a bit to have the groceries you may need. There is a small store but offerings are limited. There are 2 restaurants but I wouldn’t count on them for all your meals.The condo was great. Well stocked with everything we needed. Rooms are spacious with ocean views. Large patio was appreciated. One downside to this condos location was that it does not get direct sunlight. We were there the end of January when temperatures are cooler so sun on the patio would have been nice.We enjoyed the large pool(s). With plenty of lounge chairs. We often had the pool to ourselves due to the wind and it was lovely. I would definitely return:)

Home!

Such a beautiful property! It literally had everything we needed. It’s like you were at home! Our condo had two large bedrooms, each having their own balcony with an amazing view. The bathrooms were huge! We were so comfortable. There’s a washer and dryer which was awesome considering we were in the pool or beach most of the time. There’s also a small convenience store in building D that had most essentials needed. We loaded up at Walmart at La Paz before hand. Just remember, you’ll be carrying all the stuff on the ferry and bus so shop easy. With that being said, the workers that help you load and unload the ferry are extremely nice & helpful. Also the workers that pick you up to take you to the condo’s are so helpful. They put your belongings in a little cart & carry for you. We stayed there in June & it was scorching hot, so be prepared with lot’s of sunblock & aloe if you burn easily. Also, bug repellent! We got bit so much by little bugs you couldn’t even see! We all have bumps all over our bodies that itch like crazy, the weird thing is that the itchy bumps come out a day or so later. There’s also an outside restaurant at the golfing range. Overall, an excellent experience! We are definitely going back! It’s paradise!

Great Getaway

The property is isolated from the main town and requires a water taxi from the La Paz Marina. The boat leaves every thirty minutes and it is an enjoyable 10 minute boat ride over to the property. No charge. Once you arrive at the property dock it is another mile or so to the condo. There is always a van waiting or you can ride one of the bikes. It is easy to take the water taxi into town for a meal but it does take some time by the time you arrange to get to the dock and wait for the next boat to arrive. The condo itself (C203) is beautiful and has a wonderful view of the pool area and the surrounding sea. Nice large balcony. Bedrooms, bathrooms. and closets are all large. The kitchen is nice and updated. The tap water is not drinkable so they supply a large 5 gallon water bottle which was enough for our stay. Pool towels were also supplied and appreciated. There are a few small opportunities for improvement: ice maker kept freezing up, beds were very soft and the bed frame in the master bedroom was noisy whenever we turned over but I think this is a 5 star property - especially for Mexico. The pool area is beautiful and includes a couple jacuzzis. There is a nice pool bar for lunch and dinner and the golf course restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch. It was not convenient to get from the condos to the golf shop for coffee in the morning so maybe bring your own. There is also a very small store with soda, beer, water, snacks, and a few other essentials but no wine. We decided to golf last minute - the round including rentals was $90 and we bought some used golf balls for cheap. It was very enjoyable; the fairways are a little brown but the greens are in great shape although very difficult slopes for this golfer. I would definitely stay here again - especially with a family or friends. Just wish they would purchase more bikes to get around.

The property was great, although we were not told of construction happening in our building, and there was debris that we had to walk over and debris falling. Other than that, the property was beautiful! I wish the restaurant/bar was open later.

Paraíso Del Mar was so relaxing

We had a wonderful experience we stayed in C203 it was Pool and oceanfront was very comfortable. I would go back it was very relaxing and people were friendly. Our only problem was the TV couldn’t get it to work and see cable channels.
