Your perfect home away from home an updated 1900's lakefront home located on Findley Lake with private 2 boat dock located across the street. The home is located on a large private one-acre lot, plenty of space for family fun and games. fire pit available behind the home, 6 person hot tub, Outdoor dining table provided behind the home. Propane Grill provided. Large driveway with plenty of parkng for several vehicles A fully equipped, updated kitchen with full size gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker bean grinder, food processor, blender, toaster, microwave, etc.
The great room has comfortable seating, a large flat screen smart tv with high speed internet, and a large dining table with seating up to 10 and beautiful lake views from the wall of windows. There are two spacious bedrooms, one with two queen beds (room for an additional cot if needed) and one with two full size beds. There is a bonus room with gas fireplace, twin daybed with twin trundle, flat screen tv, and a full glass garage door that can be opened in summer for a great indoor/outdoor gathering room. A full size bath on the second floor with the bedrooms and a full size bath on main level just off the bonus room. Also laundry with full size washer and dryer. We also provide towels, linens, staple spices, paper products (plastic wrap, foil, paper towels, toilet tissue), laundry soap and dish soap.

Four seasons getaway! All a lake has to offer: skiing, tubing, kayaking, jet skis, gorgeous sunsets-- the fun is unlimited! In the fall, enjoy the crisp autumn air and countless area festivals, or just sit on your private dock enjoying all the colors the season has to offer. Winter... just minutes from Peek 'n' Peak, where downhill and cross country skiing can be enjoyed, not to mention the groomed snowmobile trails. Year around you can enjoy fishing, where a variety of species abound.
Also in the heart of wine country, a short drive to lake Erie, Erie for shopping, gambling , dining. Chautauqua Lake and Chautauqua Institute, Bemus Point, Micro Breweries, Panama Rocks, day trip to Niagra Falls, and much more!

Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, boat and snowmobile trailers!

This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The view is beautiful and just as the owner stated in amenities this home has a well stocked kitchen. Very relaxing stay. It is relatively close to the comedy museum and other attractions as well if that is of interest.

Great Home - close to Peek n Peak Ski Resort with views of Findley Lake

We rented this home over New Year's weekend- the coldest and snowiest one in recent history. The house was perfect-clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and very cozy. We had two adults and 5 teenagers and the house accommodated us all nicely. Just a few miles to Peek N' Peak for skiing and across the street from Findley Lake. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with.

Can’t wait to visit again!

My family enjoyed our long weekend so much! The house was perfect for the 4 of us. We loved being able to watch our kids fishing on the dock from the house. We couldn’t get over how little traffic drove by for being a main road and the town was very Hallmark movie vibes. My kids loved the side room with the garage door. So glad I stumbled upon the listing.

Super for eclipse -- also great for a quiet summer stay

The immediate area is a bit sleepy which was a pro for us. Within 30-45 min drive are lots of activities in Erie to east and Jamestown to west (we esp. liked the National Comedy Center there). House is cosy. Particularly nice touches are the picture window viewing the lake & sunsets, fire pits in back and by lake, nice grill, and the large hot tub which was clean and in good working order.
