The space
This exquisite home displays refined comfort and modern sophisticated amenities all in one. Stunning landscaped grounds with a charcoal grill, fire ring, horseshoe pits, and playground swings. The main floor has a full walk-in shower stocked with plenty of towels, includes washer, and dryer. High-speed internet is provided to the seven tv's throughout the property. In the family room, a dramatic wood-burning fireplace and Atari Pong table are sure to please. There is a large gourmet kitchen made for a chef with quartz countertops and a large island. This home sleeps 12 comfortably with 5 modern bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Three bedrooms in the main house feature a large flat screen tv and wall mirror. Other amenities include a full-size popcorn machine, large eight-player professional poker/dining table. The second story features a private video gaming room with lounge chairs and an HD screen. For your precious children, there are games, puzzles, and books.

We had a fantastic stay at Heath’s house in Clymer, New York. The location is perfect—just minutes from Peek’n Peak Resort—making it easy to get to the slopes, trails, and dining. The home was spotless and thoughtfully outfitted, with a well‑equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to cook comfortably on days with heavy snowfall. We especially loved the cozy seating area by the fireplace, the ideal spot to unwind after a full day out in the snow. Check‑in was simple, the house notes were clear, and the Wi‑Fi was solid. Best of all, Heath was responsive, friendly, and genuinely open to requests. We had a great time and felt truly welcomed. Highly recommended.

What a perfect house! Super clean, comfy beds, and cooking essentials provided (coffee, olive oil, spices, etc…). We had a family of five with three teen boys. They lived the Atari game and fireplace! I mean the fireplace was so cozy and the best feature! The kids rated the house the second best we ever stayed in, right behind St. John USVI! We will definitely be back!
