The character, Victorian brownstone architecture and history of Back Bay drew me to this neighborhood (similar to where I had lived in Manhattan), this distinguished brownstone and elegant, spacious duplex condo.

What makes this property unique

Back Bay -- considered one of the best-preserved examples of 19th-century urban design in the United States — is in the heart of Boston. Commonwealth Avenue, Boston’s grand parkway, just blocks to the beautiful Charles River Esplanade and activities (boating, concerts, running, biking), Public Gardens (first botanical garden and swan boats), chic shopping and cafes along newbury as well as historical sites and architecture. Take a sail or an amfibious Duckboat ride around historic Boston, North End, Charlestown. Walk the Freedom Trail. Walk or take the T to take in a Red Sox game at Fenway Park, or go to the Waterfront to tour and dine waterside. Enjoy the best Boston has to offer like the locals, without a car.
