Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. - The views are amazing. Pictured 1 king, 2 queen, 1 double bed. Also we have a indoor hot tub.. We also have BBQ grill with natural gas - no propane needed. please make sure this is shut of or a charge of $100 will be additional This adorable home is perfect for families - great yard space for out door games and family fun.

Winter months require 4x4 or all wheel drive due to mountainside

The space

You must be 25 to rent . 4x4 in winter will be needed.

Other things to note

Hot tub is extra $150 for guests from May 1 to Dec 1 of each year. If hot tub should not work for any reason a credit of $30 per night would be refunded for time of stay not in use. If hot tub is left in extremely dirty shape or throw up a $200 to $500 fee would be charged according to what hot tub service charges.
