The overall first impression of the home was a bit disappointing as the grass needed to be cut and the back patio, table and chairs was quite dirty. The yard people did come the next day and mow and clean the patio. The chair cushions need a good cleaning and cobwebs removed from the back steps. Inside the house was very clean and the beds super comfortable! There was not a pool at the house as mentioned on the listing page for the home, but a very awesome pool and park a short walk away.

Overall, this was a very nice property with comfortable beds and accommodations. Updates are nice and very tastefully done. Great family room area and very comfortable for the 4 people we had staying here. Only complaint is that when the property was updated they should have spent the few hundred extra for the more modern elongated toilets as these you have to hold down the lever for a long time to get a complete flush and let's just say that if you are a male sitting on the toilet it is way too small front to back.

We enjoyed our week here. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and perhaps recently renovated. The kitchen was nice but not well stocked. It would be difficult to actually cook - no spices, oils or serving bowls. We just ate out every night. But I would recommend it to others.

Great location in a quiet shaded beautiful neighborhood. Close parks nearby for walking and only 20 minutes from Kansas City with access to art museums, top notch restaurants, and Country Club Plaza. Lenexa had great restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
