We had a great stay. The host was very responsive. We were confused by all the leftover food from the previous guest that wasn’t removed, however. Would stay again!

Cute river house with beautiful views. Very clean, and stocked home to make the stay comfortable. It was perfect. The host, Jason, was so attentive and made sure we had everything for our stay. I would recommend this VRBO and will stay definitely again.

This is a super clean, cozy place; my little Yorkie was very comfortable. The views can not be beat and two restaurants are within a block. I definitely recommend Jason; his communication was exceptional. The shower is literally the tallest I haven ever seen and the water pressure was great.

Jason is one of the best hosts we've ever had! Very quick to respond to questions and/or concerns, friendly and helpful. More small town Iowa nice!! You won't go wrong with this place. Right on the river with fantastic views. The place was inviting and perfect for us. Most of all, we will be back...hopefully next summer! There are two eating places very close by. We walked to them. Thanks for everything, Jason!

We had a wonderful time. The sunrise over the Mississippi River was beautiful. I am not a morning person. Once I saw the sunrise I was hooked. The communication with Jason was extraordinary. We highly recommend!! If you are looking for a relaxing get a way. This is definitely the place. We will definitely be back! . We used both upper and lower patios, and the fire pit. The privacy was fantastic. Thank you Jason!

The Big Muddy Bungalow was the perfect place for a quick weekend getaway! The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the equipment and utensils needed to cook a meal. The views of the Mississippi river were fantastic and the balcony was the perfect spot to sip coffee and watch boats. The location is great! Just a few steps to two local restaurants and a short drive to LeClair and Davenport. The host is fantastic about answering any questions you may have. Highly recommend!
