Queen Room (ground floor): Queen bed, bathroom across.
Twin Room (upper floor): 2 Twin beds, TV.
King Room (upper floor): King bed, TV.
Twin Room (upper floor): 2 Twin beds, TV.
Full bathroom shared upstairs.
Lake Berkley Resort:
Heated pool, splash area, gym, tennis/basketball/volleyball courts, kids’ playground, walking trails, and fishing pier.
Location:
Disney – 20 min | Universal – 25 min | SeaWorld – 15 miles | Walmart – 2 miles | Outlets – 10 miles.
Good to Know: max 10 guests, quiet hours 10 PM–9 AM, no parties/external visitors. Starter pack provided (guests replenish supplies).
