Located in the heart of the West Valley, 10 minutes to just about anything local to Surprise, Glendale, Peoria and all the Sun City, Sun City Grand, Sun City West communities/neighborhoods but even Phoenix is less than 30 minutes. One mile walk to grocery, shopping, pharmacy and nail spa plaza. Owner occupied part time as intermittent travelers that may stay on site in private room with private entrance. Community back patio, small grill and pool in large, private block walled backyard. Local guide to restaurants, shops, big box stores and anything else you might need or want access to. Perfect for retreating couples, traveling nurses, new home buyers, commonly used for parents of teen athletes in town for seasonal sports events or moving into college and business professionals. Great stay, very convenient to baseball stadiums in Surprise and Peoria! Host was very helpful with restaurants and when we had questions or problems was quick to respond. Nice pool, but did not use. Would definitely stay here again!

Audrey met us at the property with key in hand, gave us a quick tour and answered questions. This home is in a very quiet neighborhood and is near every amenity one would need. Honestly, I was a little concerned about renting a home where the owners could be on the same property, but this was a very positive and private experience. If Audrey was on the premise, we were informed before her arrival, and she left before we even knew she was there. During our stay, questions were met with quick and caring responses. She cares about her property, but obvious she cares about her renters as well.This home met all our needs, it is clean, convenient, supplied with everything you need, comfortable, quiet and affordable. I recommend this property.nice experience to have responses from a real person and not an "service". Answers to our questions were met with prompt responses.

We are originally East coasters hailing from the Green Mountain state of Vermont. We live here year-round full-time, but travel often and might be on site, but are most likely not. Regardless you will enjoy your privacy and the only time you might see us is at check in, retrieving mail in the garage, which is not accessible to guests or possibly outside on the large patio and pool area that is sectioned off and can be scheduled for private use anytime. Due to allergy reasons, we do not allow any pets.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood for the street lights and sidewalks. It’s peaceful, quiet, yet when in season can be busy with early morning dog walkers and general neighborhood activity.

We’re mostly hands off but available for hands-on with a response time to any question within hours or less.
