The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Check out is at 10:00 am. 2. Please strip the beds (sheets, pillow cases, blankets, etc.) and place on the floor at the end of each bed.
3. Please place all dirty towels in the laundry room. We do not require it, but our cleaners would definitely appreciate if you started a load of towels the morning of check out.
4. Please load and start the dishwasher. 5. Please take out the garbage and place in the receptable(s) in the driveway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This beautiful home had everything we needed for our family. Brittni was excellent to communicate with. I chose this house as our home base for sightseeing, and it did not disappoint. I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Thank you!!

This property was a perfect "fit" for our traveling group of 5 adults and a teen and tween. We especially enjoyed having a lounge area for our teen and tween. They enjoyed the big couch and large TV on the same level as their bedroom and bathroom. The property was clean, the beds comfortable, and access to the Black Hills area attractions was very good. I would definitely book this VRBO listing again.
