The Alpine Solace Retreat features beautiful soaring ceilings throughout the great room and open kitchen. Large picture windows light up the home, while an, inviting, and private fenced back yard acts as a great place for the dogs, to grill out as a family and eat an evening meal, or unwind in the hot tub after a busy day.

The gorgeous fully-equipped kitchen is outfitted with beautiful cabinetry, modern appliances, and a large island, making for easy meal preparation. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, built in microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, dishwasher, and a full compliment of cooking utensils and dishware. There is seating around the island for casual dining.

The lodge has a wonderful main-floor bedroom with a luxurious King bed, and full bathroom. There are three additional bedrooms upstairs, a king sized master with an ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with a twin over full bunk, an an attached full bath. Plenty of space for everyone!

Just minutes from I-17 and I-40, and surrounded by a variety of dining and shopping options, the Alpine Solace Lodge is the perfect home base for all of Flagstaff's attractions. The Arizona Snowbowl is a quick half-hour drive, and offers world class skiing at a family friendly resort. Grand Canyon is an hour's drive north, providing some of the most beautiful scenery in the country.

As a family of 4 we had a great stay, this place had everything we needed! Very comfortable and clean. The hot tube was nice after a long day of hiking and it was a short drive into town.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful house and we really enjoyed our stay. Host was super responsive to any issues. Only issue was there was not enough hot water for the 7 of us and we had to wait over 30nminutes to take a shower. However I am sure the host is working on this issue now.

The house was actually nicer than the pictures show. Tall ceilings, attractive furniture big windows, and overall a well-presented space.Unfortunately, we didn’t sleep well because the beds were extremely firm. We also walked in to a noticeable marijuana smell, which wasn’t ideal. In addition, the hot water seemed limited for a home of this size, making it difficult for multiple people to shower comfortably. We rented 2 nights but only stayed for one (my daughter was allergic to something in the home).While the property itself is nice, these issues were enough that we wouldn’t choose to rent it again.
