This place is perfect! Close to everything and private at the same time. Place was very clean and has more than you need as far as toilet paper, trash bags, spices, coffee, creamer…Very cozy and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again!

Very convenient to the downtown shops and restaurants. There is a nice 1 mile hike along the river very close to the unit. The 2 story townhouse was very spacious and well-stocked. It was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Helen despite the heat.

Dear Roch, Thank you for your feedback. Our deck has been pressure washed and repainted for a fresh appearance. New smoke detector has been placed back. Seems like the previous guest had removed it without bringing it to our attention. We hope you will consider staying at our home again!

Overall the property was great. The only issue is that the leg of the futon was broken upon arrival so we had to rearrange where everyone was sleeping. Messaged the host with no response but not a deal breaker! The property did have any and everything you would need to enjoy your stay.

Dear Kacee, Thank you for your feedback. We have replaced the futon with a day-bed, and rill-under trundle bed. Its pictures have been updated on the online property listing. Seems like the leg of the futon broke by one of the previous guests. We hope you will consider staying at our home again during your next Helen stay!

This was a lovely property that was close to town while still being secluded enough to enjoy the sounds of nature.The home was as advertised. It was clean and well stocked for our stay (we did have to purchase paper towels but, otherwise, had everything we needed including travel size toiletries). Not only would I stay here again, I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Helen and surrounding areas.
