Bart is a 5 star host. All questions answered in a timely manner. The house was clean, all bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen adequately stocked. This home has 3 levels. The bottom is the kitchen and living area, up 4-5 steps and there is the master bedroom with bath. There is also a half bath here. Then up a flight of stairs to the other 3 very spacious bedrooms. There is also a full bath on this floor. The entry to the garage is this level. We were able to park in the garage (2 vehicles) and 1 truck parked in front of the garage. There is also a keypad entry around the house closer to the kitchen. We had 6 adults and 5 teenagers and there was ample room. The screened in porch is very nice with a lot of room and chairs. There is also a gas fire pit there that was enjoyed. The walk from the porch to dock is just a few easy steps. The dock has nice patio furniture, a swing, a dive platform and easy to climb swim ladder. We did not use it, but there was a lily pad in the garage and kayaks on the dock. My son did try out one kayak and had a ball. The neighbor is extremely kind and offered her boat slip to us when the storm rolled in. We always travel with our boat and was happy there was a boat ramp just a couple houses down. Plenty of room to tie off 2 bass boats to the dock. We parked our boat trailers a short way up the road at a local store which has cameras on the area. I highly recommend this owner. He was over the top accommodating us and we hope to book with again.
