Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn A/C to 73 degrees
Turn off all lights
Leave all ceiling fans on
Make sure front patio door is locked by pressing the Lock button
Make sure to leave the brown stick in the back door and lock up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
