Our top floor gulf front condo at Adagio is the one of the largest your friend at the beach has to offer! With terrazzo and ceramic tile flooring and upgraded mattresses, this top floor gulf front condo has four bedrooms, a bunk room, three baths and comfortably sleeps 10. For movie or sports buffs, the living area features a 60 inch flat screen TV over the fireplace (decorative only).

Adagio's private beach has beach chair service available (sorry, not included) or swim in the gulf front pool (heated in cooler months) or in the 8,000 square foot tri-level pool.
You can work out at the on site gym overlooking the hot tub and three tier pool - or just take a bike ride along the 20 miles of bike trails on beautiful 30-A. We include two free bike rentals for your stay.

Adagio A403 is a luxury condo with every amenity - large laundry room with full size washer and dryer and drying rack. Plenty of hooks to hang your beach towels (please bring with you!).
With updates that include new granite countertops and cabinets in the kitchen, plus updated bathrooms with tile and vanities, you will never want to leave this spectacular condo!

ADAGIO PRIVATE BEACH
The Beach Chair service is available but not included. We highly recommend considering the beach chair service as the amount of space for personal chairs and umbrellas is extremely limited.
RESTRICTIONS:
Ten people per condo per HOA rules (two years and under not counted in the total).
Guests must be 25 or older, no chaperoned groups. Per HOA rules, only two cars are permitted per condo. There is one marked underground parking spot and one unmarked in outdoor parking lot .A third spot is available through the HOA for an additional fee.
No trailers, boats, golf carts ,jet skis or RV's. Tents are not permitted on the beach.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
