king bed needs replacing/hard/noisy and needs a topper if not replacedTV in master bedroom never had a signal: management was helpful to get the network provider but it wasn't fixed while there.the "make do" fix for bathroom cabinets from water damage really was an eyesorewe put oil on the patio door to be able to open it better since the hinge would stick

While our team responded promptly, the repair ultimately required more in-depth support from DirecTV, and we’re sorry the primary bedroom TV wasn’t fully resolved before your departure. We hope this didn’t put too much of a dent in your beach getaway and that you were still able to enjoy the beautiful beaches and the laid-back, unspoiled charm that makes Fort Morgan such a special destination. Bed comfort can be a very personal preference—what’s too firm for one guest is just right for another—but we absolutely want our guests to enjoy a restful night’s sleep after a full day of beach time. While we haven’t received similar feedback before, we’ll be taking another look to see how we can improve that experience. We also appreciate your notes regarding the cabinetry and patio door. Ongoing maintenance and improvements are part of caring for a coastal home, and feedback like this helps us fine-tune those details as we continue enhancing the property. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We truly hope the overall stay earned more than six stars and that you’ll consider visiting Fort Morgan again—it’s a place that tends to win people over once they’ve had time to enjoy it.
